Return Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of merchandise for a full refund at support@candlewickcare.com. CandleWickCare does not cover shipping costs on returns.

We will replace the product that is defective or broken in transit. Damages from shipping must be reported within 3 days of receipt of your shipment. Please forward a photograph of damaged goods with a full description to support@candlewickcare.com or complete form below. Keep all packaging materials and do not use the product until the shipping issue is documented with the carrier. CandleWickCare will file a carrier claim on your behalf. We will replace the damaged goods only.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service at 1 (800) 275-8777.  CandleWickCare does not hold responsibility for packages that are delivered, lost or stolen. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered, lost or stolen.
